Are You Ready For Some Football?

The anticipation of football season is at a fever pitch right now in the High household.  The boys are playing tackle football for the first time this year and are just getting their pads and equipment.  They are running around the house with their helmets on flexing, growling, and wanting to hit something.

I asked them tonight at dinner if they were excited about the upcoming Olympics and Jacob said, “Not really.” Then after a long pause he said, “Is there football?”
